Underinsurance refers to a situation where your insurance coverage is less than the current replacement cost, typically below 80%. This can lead to a reduced claim payout in the event of a claim. Please refer to your policy wording for each insurer’s formal explanation.

You have the flexibility to cancel your policy at any time. Typically, a pro-rata refund is issued upon cancellation, unless specified otherwise in your policy terms.
